Magus Networks reserves the right to suspend the use of the website to any and all users for means administration or management may deem necessary.
Users are advised that this website is intended for the distribution of information relating to the company Magus Networks. However, pending change/updates some information displayed within the website may be inaccurate or may not reflect the most recent changes within the company.

Terms Definitions
Customer Premises Equipment (CPE)
Any network equipment installed on the property of a client.
Access Point (AP)
A network device used for the wireless distribution of internet connectivity.
Backhaul
A connection point in a network that serves as a relay between two devices.
Ethernet
The most common cabling and protocol used for the transfer of internet (tcp/ip) data across physical wires.
Payment Plan/Tier
The type or level of services currently being received and paid for by a client.
Recurring Invoice
A monthly or annual statement for the payment of services owed to the business.
RJ45 Connectors
End-point connectors used to terminate the ends of ethernet wiring and allow it connection to network devices with physical lan ports.
Lan Ports
Ports on a network device used for the local interconnectivity of one device to the other via ethernet(tcp/ip).
Air-Fibre Client
Air-Fibre clients receive wireless internet broadband from Magus Networks or our affiliates.
Air-Fibre Subscription
The application and use of Magus Networks Air-Fibre Services.
Air-Fibre Services
The distribution of wireless broadband internet to clients.
Contract Client
A client of Magus Networks requesting services related to our offered contract services.
Streaming Client
A client of Magus Networks paying for movie and tv streaming services.
Media Rental Client
A client of Magus Networks who rents physical flash media for home or business consumption.
Cloud Client
A client of Magus Networks paying for Magus Cloud Support.
Service Agreement
Agreement related to the purchase of Magus Networks services.
Non-Standard CPE
Any equipment provided by Magus Networks to fulfill a niche or specific use-case. Examples include; power adaptors, battery backups, high capacity firewalls and physical mounting equipment that would otherwise not be used in a regular installation.
Station
A physical site serving as a means of distributing or relaying internet to Air-Fibre subscribers.
Main Station
The primary station for which Magus Networks connects to its broadband wholesale provider as well as the primary distribution location for Air-Fibre subscribers.
Backhaul Station
This is a backhaul serving as a connection point for remote Air-Fibre subscribers.
Station Fee
This fee is added to the bill of Air-Fibre subscribers who require the use of a backhaul station. Station fee rates depend on the amount of subscribers Magus Networks has connected to the station.
Internet Terms and Conditions Of Services Agreement
Internet Term and Conditions Of Services Agreement
- Potential customers are to be made aware that applicants to the Magus Networks Air-Fibre Service may be subject to financial assessment, put on a waitlist if the company has other previous service contracts to fulfill or subject to temporary installations if the company has no notable service station near their location.
- Air-Fibre clients may be asked to pay an advanced fee for signal analysis, or an initial deposit based on the size of the network and amount of services or goods required to install the network(s).
- Air-Fibre clients are required to pay any fees related to the repair or replacement of any client premises equipment.
- Air-Fibre clients can cancel their services at any time after three months of service installation, however must return any access points used for the connection to Magus Networks Air-Fibre Services.
- Air-Fibre clients will receive a thirty percent (30%) refund for and upon the return of any access points used for the connection to Magus Networks Air-Fibre Services, however will be required to pay a sixty-five percent product fee if unable to produce said access points.
- All Air-Fibre client cancellations earlier than three (3) months must be met with a sixty-five percent (65%) cancellation payment fee.
- Under this agreement Magus Networks reserves the right to repossess any client premises equipment including equipments sold to you unless under non-normal circumstances such as natural disasters, acts of god and home invasion.
- All Air-Fibre clients agree to the use of their information provided to Magus Networks for the creation of an account for billing and support purposes.
- Magus Networks is responsible for providing internet service at reasonable rates and quality however customers are advised that both Air-Fibre subscription rates and quality can fluctuate based on many variables including the ‘whole sale market’ of broadband connectivity, the cost of support and monitoring and average quality of internet being provided.
- Magus Air-Fibre customers may be asked to pay non-standard equipment fees, station fees or additional network monitoring and support fees based on their distance from the Magus Networks main station.
- All Air-Fibre Clients are requested to email magusnetworks@gmail.com one week prior when unable to pay monthly recurring invoices.
- All Air-Fibre clients are instructed to email bills with queries within two weeks of their issuing.
- Air-Fibre clients agree to monthly payments via cash, check or credit/debit card for the provision of internet services.
- Air-Fibre subscribers acknowledge that Magus Networks is solely responsible for providing a primary broadband connection to their household or business. However, Magus Networks is not responsible for making wireless connectivity available throughout the entirety of the property unless separately contracted to do so.
- Magus Networks is not responsible for replacing any client premises equipment damaged due to weather, construction, tampering or any activity or issue outside the scope of our control.
- Magus Air-Fibre subscribers acknowledge that support calls, visits, emails and general Air-Fibre client correspondence may take up to 1-5 business days.
- Air-Fibre Subscribers have a maximum credit limit of one hundred and eighty eastern caribbean dollars.(180xcd)
- Air-Fibre clients are responsible for providing their own security and power for all provided client premises equipment and are therefore responsible for any issues with equipment after installation and confirmation that the network service is operational.
- Magus Networks reserves the right to access and manage Air-Fibre subscriber CPE’s used for broadband services provided by Magus Networks.
All Air-Fibre Subscribers acknowledge that they must be of the legal age of adult-hood or older in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and must possess legal means of identification to prove that they are indeed 18 or older.

Contract Term and Conditions Of Services Agreement
- All Magus Networks clients must provide relevant information related to the creation of Magus Networks account for billing purposes.
- Contract clients must have a specific liaison/contact person that can be reached between nine and four (9-4) pm for the duration of the contract service.
- Both Magus Networks and contract clients must agree to concrete items of fulfillment, payment terms and contract deadline before the start of any contract service.
- Contract clients must provide and pay for any requested hardware, tools or machinery required to fulfill contract services.
- All Contract clients must provide a twenty-five percent (25%) deposit three business days before the start of any contract services.
- Contract clients must provide labor personnel for any contract service or activity that required construction, the use of concrete, masonry or otherwise outside of the scope of services provided by Magus Networks.
- Contract clients agree to the confiscation of any equipment or hardware installed, configured or provided by Magus Networks as compensation if the client is unable to provide payment for the contracted service.
- Clients acknowledge that Magus Networks would not offer services on holidays observed by the company and these days shall be omitted from the total duration of contract services.
- Contracted clients are not allowed to credit contracts (omitting deposit) less than three hundred (300) eastern caribbean dollars and must pay for any services less than this value three weeks thereafter upon contract completion.
- All Contract Clients and contact persons must be of the legal age of adult-hood in the country of origin and must possess legal identification proving this fact.
- Magus Networks is not responsible for the replacement of any damaged, tampered or broken client equipment or hardware installed by the company after completion of the contract terms.
- Contract clients are responsible for providing transportation for workers or equipment to and from service locations if requested by the company.
- Contract clients must present signed contract services agreement form as well as Legal identification for both the contract client and contact person as well as any other information deemed necessary by Magus Networks.
- Contract clients must provide sufficient power to operate any tools that may require a direct connection to main current or require charging prior to or during contracted services.
- Contract clients acknowledge that they will be charged a support or repair fee for the inspection, reconfiguration, repair or replacement of any customer premises equipment after the completion of contracted installation or configuration services.
- Magus Networks reserves the right to reassess the contract deadline if equipment, personnel or access rights required to carry out the contract service are not available at that point in time.
- Magus Networks reserves the right to reassess any equipment, personnel and access rights required to complete the contracted service.
- Magus Networks reserves the right to cancel any contracts agreed upon in bad faith, poor credit
- Magus Networks reserves ownership of all provided customer premises equipment until the completion of contract terms and payment for goods and services rendered.
- Contract clients agree to all terms of services in this agreement upon the signing of their signature to the Terms of service agreement form.
