About Us

What is Magus Networks?

Magus Networks is an internet service provider. While recently created, the company has lofty goals to capture the “Mayreau Market” for internet services with possible plans to expand services to the neighboring islands. We are working towards the path of being the first and only national internet service provider to be owned and operated by Vincentian nationals. We hope to garner the support and trust of the community by providing clear data rates that are not skewed compared to various service providers. It is important to us that customers know exactly what they are paying for in as simple an explanation as possible!

Where are we located?

Magus Networks is located at Station Hill, Mayreau Island. The company has no current main office for customer interactions. However personnel can be contacted via the provided phone number(s) and email(s) for further information, quotes and support.

Who are our partners?

Magus Networks currently has no partners. The company is owned and operated in sole-trader capacity with sole intentions of providing high quality internet services at affordable prices to the citizens of Mayreau Island ( and future service to surrounding islands).

How do we offer support?

Magus Networks operates on a contract based support model. All non-baseline support claims and requests will be billed to the customer along with the recurring bill at the end of the month.

Customers are advised that support claims may take up to four(4) business days to be responded to.

Who owns Magus Networks?

Magus Networks is owned and operated by Aundre Wilson. As a resident of Mayreau the owner is aware of all the problems plaguing the network services that previously dominated the island and is working hard to improve the quality of interconnectivity on the island.
